* enables so that the automated tests to can be run on vegbiendev * allows adding a new datasource directly on vegbiendev, without and there isn't a dependency on a separate testing machine ** this makes it much easier for a documentation tester or other BIEN members to add datasources, since they do not need to set up their own VegBIEN install * makes it possible to upload a new datasource from a web interface
