I have a colleague at the University of Arizona (Brad Boyle) who has been

looking at the database from the UNCC herbarium. There are codes given

for Leaf, Flower, Fruit, and Root
|

'leaves': A,F,L,I,M,N,U,V,W,Y
|

|
'flower': A, F, I, J, M, N
|

|
|
'fruit': A, H, I, M, O, Q, S
|

|
|
'root': A,B,C,E,F,I,M,N,P,Q,R,S,Y

Do you know where we can find the definitions? Doubtless a few are typos,
