moved everything into /trunk/ to create the standard svn layout, for use with tools that require this (eg. git-svn). IMPORTANT: do NOT do an `svn up`. instead, re-use your working copy's existing files with `svn switch` (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.6/svn.ref.svn.c.switch.html).
mappings/roots/: Merged roots for different tables into one mappings/root.sh for Veg+, which handles all tables' mappings to VegBIEN
Merged DwC (including DwC1) and VegCSV mappings into new Veg+ schema. This involves replacing occurrences of DwC and VegCSV with Veg+ (or sometimes VegCore) everywhere, as described in <https://projects.nceas.ucsb.edu/nceas/projects/bien/wiki/VegCSV-DwC_merging>.
mappings/roots: plots roots: Default to using VegCSV instead of VegX for new plots datasources
DwC mappings: Removed ':/list/' root (full version: '::[@xmlns:dcterms=http://purl.org/dc/terms/]/list/') from map spreadsheets to simplify the boilerplate in each file. Since intermediate DwC XML files no longer need to be produced for automated tests, these roots are not needed.
