• Schema
  • confirm with Bob, Mike and Nick that TaxonOccurrence is done
  • Brad, Bob, Mike: each make short list of key methodological elements they needed combine different datasets and ensure fitness for particular analyses. Be practical, we can't include everything (will leave that task to Mark). Get these lists to Aaron.
  • Aaron to produce initial draft of full schema with all tables and elements
  • DwC_bien document still needs input from:
    • Jim (on georeferencing elements)
    • Mike, Bob (on taxon concept elements)

In addition to Brad's notes, below is a list of "Decisions" that were made. It may be more accurate to describe some of them as statements we agreed on.

Decisions¶

• Geovalidation workflow should be in scope. It's essential and scripts are ready. Process just needs to be automated.
• Work on georeferencing tool/scripts are out of scope.
• The schema should still support georeferencing.
• Validation scripts that are ready are in scope. Others are out of scope.
• By end of February want to have the first draft of comprehensive schema for plots and specimens.
