Subplots - still being discussed (I think)
- We now have locationevent.parent_id, which points to the locationevent of a subplot's parent plot
Morphospecies - discussion settled?
- A morphospecies is now represented as a plantconcept whose plantconceptscope points to the appropriate scoping element (locationevent, project, etc.)
Representing methodological metadata within VegBIEN schema: status
- Methods for locationevents and taxonoccurrences are represented in the new method table, which can have an expandable set of attributes ("traits")
Comprehensive DwC_BIEN schema for importing specimen data: status
- The DwC-VegBIEN mapping contains the current DwC-BIEN schema
