• Clarification of the plan (Mark, Brad)

October Deliverables¶

• VegBIEN populated with the current list of data sources and online
• VegCore schema for new providers to map to
• Complete documentation of VegCore schema

Specifications for October deliverables include:¶

• Ability to add (and remove?) individual data sets
• Ability to change a data value in place in VegBIEN
• Ensure that future datasets are loaded by mapping through VegCore?
• Not require Aaron to go back and refactor the normalized datasets that already are mapped directly to VegBIEN at this time.

Next steps after October¶

• Community will use VegBIEN db and VegCORE schema and provide feedback for improvement.
• Mark, Brad, Bob, Brian: Please discuss and provide the major deliverables that are the next priorities for the project. (in the next couple of weeks?)
