TNRS workflow¶

1. name formation
   1. name components are stored in taxonverbatim
   2. name components are concatenated together into taxonlabel
2. scrubbing
   1. the taxonlabel names are fed into TNRS
   2. the TNRS results are retrieved as a TSV
3. postprocessing
   1. the TNRS results are loaded into TNRS.taxon_match_input__copy_to
   2. TNRS.taxon_match_input__copy_to performs preprocessing and loads the results into TNRS.taxon_match
   3. TNRS.taxon_match is augmented with derived columns
   4. TNRS.taxon_match is subset by the TNRS.taxon_best_match view
4. integration
   1. TNRS.taxon_best_match is used by view_full_occurrence_individual_view
