mappings/VegCore.htm: regenerated from wiki: rename specimenHolderInstitutions to specimen_duplicate_institutions, as decided in the 2014-03-13 conference call (wiki.vegpath.org/2014-03-13_conference_call#schema-changes-2). note that most schema changes (such as this one) involve mappings changes, which are handled automatically by `inputs/run postprocess; yes|make inputs/{NVS,SALVIAS,TEAM}/test`.
moved everything into /trunk/ to create the standard svn layout, for use with tools that require this (eg. git-svn). IMPORTANT: do NOT do an `svn up`. instead, re-use your working copy's existing files with `svn switch` (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.6/svn.ref.svn.c.switch.html).
inputs/REMIB/Specimen/: translated single-column filters to postprocessing derived columns, using the steps at wiki.vegpath.org/Switching_to_new-style_import#stage-I-source-specific > "translate single-column filters to postprocessing derived columns". null-mapping filters now use wrappers around new util.map_nulls(). note that the verbatim columns input to the filters need to be renamed to avoid name collisions with their filtered columns, which must be VegCore terms for new-style import.

mappings/VegCore.htm: Regenerated from wiki. Brad's new DwC ID terms spreadsheet has now been added, and a number of the ID terms clarified, disambiguated, and recategorized. In particular, institutionCode has now been split into the custodialInstitutions and collectingInstitution, to differentiate between which institution has the specimen vs. stamped the specimen. This distinction is important because the catalogNumber, stamped on the specimen, is only unique within the collectingInstitution. Most datasources don't unambiguously specify which institution their institutionCode is referring to, so it has been assumed to be custodialInstitutions unless a data dictionary says otherwise (as is the case for UNCC). In addition, a MatchedTaxonDetermination table has been added with the *_matched fields from TNRS.
mappings/VegCore.csv: Regenerated from wiki. This adds Brad's DwC ID terms and their definitions in <https://projects.nceas.ucsb.edu/nceas/attachments/download/621/vegbien_identifier_examples.xlsx>.
inputs/REMIB/Specimen/map.csv: Remapped accession_number to catalogNumber because it is not globally unique, only (usually) unique within the institution providing the data ("acronym"). Note that there are nevertheless 11,869 rows where an accession_number appears multiple times within the same institution.
inputs/REMIB/Specimen/map.csv: Remapped acronym to institutionCode because this is an aggregator, and the field lists the datasource each record was aggregated from. Note that the inserted row count changes because of different duplicate elimination strategies in specimenreplicate and party (which institutionCode is placed in).
inputs/REMIB/Specimen/map.csv: Remapped lat_deg/long_deg to decimalLatitude/Longitude because these values are (integer) degrees suitable for decimalLatitude/Longitude. Note that the other DMS fields are not yet translated to decimal degrees.
input.Makefile: Maps validation: %/new_terms.csv: Include the entire map spreadsheet row, so that each new term is listed together with its mapping. This facilitates adding new mappings to mappings/Veg+-VegCore.csv directly from any new_terms.csv. Note that the use of `sort -u` (in lib/mappings.Makefile) causes multiline comments to be separated, leading to spurious lines for each multiline comment line.
input.Makefile: Maps validation: $(newTerms): Fixed bug where header needed to be removed before running filter_out_ci because filter_out_ci only removes the header if it matches the vocabulary's header. Removing the header afterward can cause the first row to be removed instead if the header was already removed.
inputs/*/*/map.csv: Changed empty mappings to self mappings, using the steps at <https://projects.nceas.ucsb.edu/nceas/projects/bien/wiki/Map_refactoring#Change-empty-mappings-to-self-mappings>. Note that in map.full.csv and VegBIEN.csv, lines that have changed are always the result of the input field's case being changed to match the case of the datasource's actual column name.
