Hi Aaron,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to let you know that I have finally received a response from the University of Arizona regarding the terms and conditions under which the iPlant code is made available. When we last spoke, you said that you were going to remove the iPlant code from BIEN 3 and that you would contact me again when this was complete. However, now that I have the iPlant terms and conditions, I can approve your request to open source BIEN 3 with or without the iPlant code. Please ensure that you include the following notifications when making BIEN 3 available:

If you remove the iPlant code, then, of course, you do not need to include the above reference to the iPlant terms and conditions.

Thanks very much for your assistance with this and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
