fix: /README.TXT: Mac backup: exclude ~/VirtualBox VMs/Ubuntu/Ubuntu.vdi, to avoid it being re-uploaded twice each time, due to an rsync verification error (https://projects.nceas.ucsb.edu/nceas/issues/907)
