  • dataset is the owner; e.g. FIA
  • datasource -> dataprovider
  • dataprovider is who we got the data from (the aggregator)
  • dataset = ownerInstitutionCode for specimens

Data refresh¶

  • Brad had discussion with Bob and Jes Coyle
  • Brad will e-mail Aaron WHERE clause filter to use to avoid fuzzed plots
• CTFS
  • use published plots?
  • just need coords, species, abundances for each plot

Data validation¶

• send Brad TEAM extract

New data¶

• Chile data: use HVAA
