this has been specifically requested by Peter Jorgensen
- add a column with a list of associated record IDs
from Brad:
1. Add the original record id to Aaron's error report so the data provider can link back to the original database and fix the problem.
2. Generate an additional summary table with counts of the total numbers of each type of error
3. Make these reports available on the BIEN website. One page per data provider. The data provider logs in with their own id and password to view the latest error report.
