* add a column with a list of associated record IDs
from Brad:
> 1. Add the original record id to Aaron's error report so the data provider can link back to the original database and fix the problem.
> 2. Generate an additional summary table with counts of the total numbers of each type of error
> 3. Make these reports available on the BIEN website. One page per data provider. The data provider logs in with their own id and password to view the latest error report.
