VegBank¶

• Brad changed a number of feature requests to issues¹
• we had several e-mail exchanges and conference call conversations to decide the format of the extract:
  • Mike Lee provided a list of plots to include
  • Bob Peet decided which tables to include
  • Mike Lee decided which input columns to include
• Mike Lee provided feedback on the extract, both by e-mail and then with clarifications in the 10/17 conference call

CVS¶

• Mike Lee requested that we refresh CVS before validating it
• he is planning to provide us with an updated copy of CVS next week

Madidi¶

• Brad changed a number of feature requests to issues²

geoscrubbing¶

• Paul has successfully run Jim's scripts on the most recent geoscrubbing input data
• there are a few more steps needed to make the scripts re-runnable:
  1. make sure any changes to Jim's scripts are in svn
  2. create script that runs the 2 scripts needed to scrub new data
  3. create script that runs the 3 scripts needed to load shapefiles, etc. to the DB
  4. note which tables need to be cleaned up before geoscrubbing can be re-run
  5. make a list of the commands to install dependencies

data provider metadata¶

• Brad created a data use and attribution document, which Ramona and I reviewed
